DETAILS:

We will meet at church at 4:30pm Friday afternoon to caravan.
Monet will be coordinating drivers.

We will return to church by 1:30pm Sunday afternoon.
There will be no rehearsal on Sunday night.

Pinecliff was not available so we will be going to Brighton instead.  We will be sleeping on the floor in two large dormitory rooms upstairs at the lodge.  It will be cold at night so please pack layers!  There will be snow on the ground and we will be carrying supplies / bells / etc up to the lodge so remember to wear outdoor winter shoes.  Please note:  there are no showers available.


WHAT TO BRING:
  • Sleeping Bag
  • Sleeping Pad
  • Pillow
  • Warm Clothes / Coat / Hat / Gloves (Pack Layers!)
  • Winter Shoes!
  • Flashlight
  • Toothbrush / Toothpaste
  • Bath Towel / Wash Cloth
  • Soap & Deodorant 

MEALS:

Please bring $20 each to cover the cost of meals.  You can venmo the treasurer directly or bring cash / check to practice no later than Tues, Nov 2 as we will need to purchase the food before retreat.  If you are paying by check, please make it payable to: The Wesley Bell Ringers.
