General Setup Schedule
Friday 2/7
Auction 4pm - ??? Finish working on auction baskets downstairs in the furniture cage until ready to bring upstairs. They can come up Fri AFTER setup in the gym (check with Rachel on timeline): Jenn R, Christa, Karen
Gym Setup 4:30p - 10p Setup Tables & Lights: Rachel, Trevor, Ella, Henry, Hank + Jenn H, Christa & Karen (more parents & ringers needed!)
Step 1: Take down banners / cover basketball hoops.
Step 2: Place tables along the walls for the auction tables and buffet tables/drink table.
Step 3: Bring up dividers (check with Rachel on how many).
Step 4: The rounds and large party tables should be set up according to the floor plan.
Step 5: Set up lighting.
Saturday 2/8
(Girl Scouts have the kitchen until 10a)
