We need two things from parents...
1) Please get as many guests to come as you can!!
2) Send a bake sale type treat to sell in concessions.
It's going to be a lot of fun so if you'd like to volunteer, here is the job list:
EVENT SCHEDULE
4:30PM Call time for ringers who are doing the opening shift.
(They will sign up on Tuesday at practice.)
5:00PM for everyone else
5:30PM Doors Open
6:00PM Event Begins
7:00PM Intermission
8:00PM Event Ends
Everyone (including parents) stays to help clean-up at the end.
