TOUR PREPARATION

If you have family in the areas we will be visiting and want to arrange for your ringer to stay with them rather than a church-sponsored host home, please fill out THIS ALTERNATIVE HOUSING FORM so we can notify the churches in advance.  The deadline to confirm is May 14. 

If you need to update any information on your signed waiver on file or update your insurance information, please email thewesleybellringers@gmail.com.  

There will be a mandatory parent meeting on Sat, May 10 with tour announcements from the director - please make sure you can attend!
