VDD Parent Volunteer Needs & Deadlines
You can find all the information about what we need from parents for the Valentine Dinner Dance in the way of donations (auction items, 6 pack of beer, bottle of wine or spirits) as well as the gift cards we already have available to pair with items in a gift basket and auction items donated by sponsors here (this is an updated version of the document that was handed out at the 1/11/26 parent meeting).
We need lots of volunteers on Friday, Feb 6 for set-up and Saturday, Feb 7 for the dance. Parents are expected to sign up for at least 2 shifts if possible. Arrival time on Saturday is 4:30pm for instructions. Other volunteer times are listed on the SignUpGeniuses below.
** UPDATE: A generous donation has been made to cover the cost of meals for 20 volunteers - first come, first serve!
Please still fill out the form so we can get a headcount and whether you have any special dietary needs.
Gentle reminder that all bell parents will be working for the entire evening so we will not be dining with guests. There will be a separate dining room in the chapel for ringers and volunteers to eat in shifts so the main dining room will always have coverage.
