Parents, here's where we could use your help during Rummage Week!
- CASHIERS: We need both indoor & outdoor cashiers (especially Friday morning! Doors open at 8am!) and we need to cover all day Friday & Saturday in manageable shifts so nobody has a 12 hour day. Outdoor "cashiers" help with pricing on Thursday night and make deals on furniture throughout the sale.

- KITCHEN: We need a "couple of someones" to feed our hungry, hungry rummagers Weds - Sat during setup & sale. We provide dinner on Weds & Thurs, 3 meals on Friday, breakfast & lunch on Saturday. Kitchen duty includes clean-up at the end of each night.

- BAKE SALE: We need a parent to oversee the Bake Sale (set up, package, price, display) donated baked goods on Thursday night. Every family should plan to bring some bake sale items - store-bought or home-made - and can let us know what you are bringing here:

- TEAR-DOWN & CLEAN-UP (11:00am - END)
- Box up leftovers in the gym
- Drive leftovers to Savers & D.I.
- Oversee ringers putting away tables, sweeping, etc.
- Oversee dumpster dumping & dismantling furniture
PLEASE NOTE: We are still trying to find Charity Groups to pick up our leftovers and unfortunately this time around, we do not have The Other Side or Big Brothers, Big Sisters available - so if you have a lead, please let Christa know! We want to try to keep everything usable out of the dumpster and reduce trips to Savers / DI for parents!
SATURDAY - All Hands On Deck!!
11:00am Mandatory Parent Meeting - the director will make tour announcements, update any outstanding paperwork, order t-shirts, get questions answered, etc.
11:30am Lunch is Served (Thanks, Awesome Alumni Mom Trish!):
